Today I’m participating in my first ever BLOG HOP!

In addition to the normal Thursday challenge over on Create with Connie and Mary  and in celebration of PREVIEW WEEK for the Summer Collection 2014, the designers decided to do a BLOG HOP!

Preview Week is pretty fun on it’s own but it also means the last week of Early Bird pricing!  You save $5 off the regular $29.95 price when you sign up before Sunday!  More details over on Create with Connie and Mary!

You’ve probably just come fromDeb Currier’s blog, isn’t her card FUN???  I love it!

This week we have a Color Challenge for you to try…aren’t these colors pretty together?

Here’s the card I was inspired to create:

Create Summer 2014 Blog Hop-1

It’s a pretty happy card if I do say so myself! 🙂  I was pretty excited to get my new Decorative Masks from the new Stampin’ Up! catalogue.  I used the stars mask and white ink to create the background on the card front.  Below is a list of the rest of the supplies needed to CASE this card:

Supplies used:

Stamps – Big News, Sassy Salutations

Ink & Paper – Bermuda Bay, Real Red, Crushed Curry, Whisper White, Basic Black

Accessories – corner rounder punch, dimensionals, baker’s twine, Dazzling Details

Create Summer 2014 Blog Hop-2

It’s pretty clean and simple but fun and colorful at the same time!  Make sure you take the BLOG HOP to all the stops to see what the rest of the Challenge Team did this week with the color challenge!  Then grab your stamps and play along.   AND…don’t forget to sign up for our Summer Collection featuring products from the NEW catalogue!  Upload your card and get the details over on Create with Connie and Mary!  Next stop on our tour is Marg Raburn – enjoy!
