I was thrilled to work with this set last week, creating these cards for one of my stamp clubs.  You can find this set, Nature Walk with matching DSP, Botanical Gazette, in the new Occasions Mini Catalogue.  The images in both the stamp set and DSP, are so beautiful AND easy to work with – bonus!!

Card #1:

Supplies used:

Stamps – Nature Walk, Perfect Punches

Paper and Ink – Crumb Cake, So Saffron, Early Espresso, Cherry Cobbler, Whisper White, Botanical Gazette DSP

Accessories – Decorative Label punch, Wide Oval punch, 1/8″taffeta ribbon in Daffodil Delight, dimensionals

Card #2:

If you ‘ve been following my posts for the last 2 weeks, you already know how much I love this new embossing folder – Framed Tulips (again found in the new Occasions Mini Catalogue)!  It takes an ordinary cardfront, to the top!!  Trust me, you need this folder!

Supplies used:

Stamps – Nature Walk, Just Believe

Paper and Ink – Old Olive, Early Espresso, Confetti White, Cherry Cobbler, Botanical Gazette DSP

Accessories – Framed Tulips embossing folder and Big Shot, Spiral Border punch, Early Espresso taffeta ribbon, neutrals brads

Card #3:

This is by far, my favorite of the set, which is surprising cause I didn’t even use ribbon on this one.  I think it’s the colors…or maybe the layout…no, definitely the speckled eggs…

Supplies used:

Stamps – Nature Walk

Paper and Ink – Early Espresso, Very Vanilla, Old Olive, Marina Mist, Not Quite Navy, Botanical Gazette DSP

Accessories – Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border punch, small oval punch, large oval punch, scallop oval punch, gold brad

Very early tomorrow morning, I leave for Nashville Tennessee to attend my first Stampin’ Up! leadership conference.  I’ll be there all week and weekend!  Chris is coming with me as we have decided to extend the trip by adding a few days before and one after the conference – just for us!  He did inform me today that we are going to an NHL game on the first night we get there…yippee…hockey is not exactly my thing…but we’ll be together with no one to bug us and that’s the main thing!!

I will try my best to update my blog for you with some Leadership news and photos.  I’m not as technologically savvy as others out there, so I won’t be posting things as they happen – you’ll have to wait until I get back to the hotel room for the night to hear from me.  But, I’m happy to do so!

Have a great week and TTFN!
