Teachers club projects - March 2014-2

Another bright and cheery card to entice Spring to come!  I need some flowers in my life!

Are you wondering how I made those flowers?  Its a little trick I learned at Leadership back in January.  I cut 5 flowers from crepe paper with a framelit.  I then laid them all together and put a brad in the center to hold them together.  Then came the crumpling – I crumpled the layers seperately until I was happy with the results.

Add a bit of water and Daffodil Delight reinker into a spritz bottle – I have no measurements for you – I just added.  🙂  I held each flower about 7-8 inches from the spritzer and spritzed until I was happy with the color saturation.  Allow to dry.  I LOVE the gradient color!!

Supplies used:

Stamps – One in a Million

Ink & Paper – Daffodil Delight, Melon Mambo, Gingham Garden DSP, Whisper White, crepe paper, Island Indigo

Accessories – Big Shot & Label framelits, Oval framelits, Flower Fusion framelits, Little Leaves Sizzlet, silver brads

TTFN!

Natasha
