Peek-a-Boo Owl Notecards

One of my February stamp club hostesses had me choose the stamp set to be featured – usually I have them choose. As I was thinking about this particular lady and her favorite products, I decided to forgo a stamp set all together! Her absolutely favorite Stampin’Up! product is the Owl Builder Punch so I decided we would all make some 3 x 3 notecards, matching envelopes and a box for gift giving!
The box was made with the Fancy Favor die and Big Shot out of Early Espresso cardstock.
I chose the Summer Smooches DSP pack for embellishing and the color combination.
The envelopes were made with the Diagonal Plate and Simply Scored tools. I cut regular photocopy paper into 5″ squares and then scored all four sides at 2 1/4″. I attached some DSP to the envelope top flaps for decoration.
Other punches used are: 1 3/8″ circle punch, scallop circle punch, scallop edge punch.
