Organized Christmas Week 5 – Gift Giving

By

Before I get to the Organized Christmas assignments for the week, I have a card to share with you!  Three of my stamp clubs meet this week and for one of them, I’m showcasing the Ornament Keepsakes stamp set.  This is one of three cards using this set that I’ll be teaching on Wednesday night.  I found this layout here and loved it, so I kept it the same but I changed up the colors of ornaments from the original.  I love it’s simplicity and elegance!!

Supplies used:

Stamps – Ornament Keepsakes, Fabulous Phrases

Ink & Paper – Raspberry Ripple, Old Olive, Summer Starfruit, Whisper White

Accessories – Big Shot & Holiday Ornament framelits, Holiday Frame embossing folder, dimensionals, rhinestone gems, 1/8″taffeta ribbon

We are officially half way through our holiday planning!  It may not seem like it right now, but if you have been keeping up with the weekly suggestions, you have done SO much already!  Now, let’s get to some REALLY fun stuff this week – SHOPPING!

Today let’s think about the Christmas stockings.  I don’t know about you, but most years I get caught last minute, December 23rd or 24th, with not having an even amount of stocking stuffers for each of my daughters.  Talk about stressful!!  Then I’m making another extra trip to a store to try and even things out!  Let’s avoid that this year…

Page 11 of the Christmas Holiday Planner is a list to keep you on track as you make stocking stuffer purchases.  Each time you are out and pick up some little thing for a stocking, write it down.  You can keep this list with you as you shop, or at home – whichever works best for you.  I know this will be a life saver for me – and I hope you – this year!

TTFN!
