I received my package of new Stampin’ Up! Christmas products yesterday and after supper I went right to work making this:

christmasluggage1

christmasluggage2

christmasluggage3

christmasluggage5

christmasluggage4

Isn’t this the cutest set???!!!  I used Becky Roberts latest tutorial for the box pattern found here and then filled it with Christmas goodies.

I was especially excited to use the Christmas Cocoa dsp and Delightful Decorations stamp set with matching ornament punch found in the Holiday Mini Catalogue so I based the whole design around these products.  If you are on my mailing list, watch your mailboxes as your copy of the mini catalogue should arrive any day!  These mini catalogue products can be ordered starting September 1st…

I made some little gift tags with this same stamp set and punch for one of the divided spaces within the suitcase.  For me, tags should be simple and very quick to make – this stamp set and matching punch is ideal for making quick package tags.

The third photo shows a detailed view of the booklet I created using mini square envelopes and some cardstock.  I thought it could be used for keeping track of gift receipts or holding gift wish lists.  Once I narrow it down and decide what function I want it to have, I’ll label each envelope seperately to be a bit more organized…

I’m pretty sure this will be the teacher gifts I make for the Christmas season – it is too cute not to give away!  I like the idea of having the Real Red and Old Olive markers in the top divider so those receiving the package will have matching ink for the cards and tags.

From start to finish this project was done in 4 hours.  If you have never made a project using one of Becky’s tutorials, you should!  The instructions are always easy to follow with great photos to assist you in creating a project you will be delighted with…prepare to make 2 projects though, as you will want to keep one stashed away just for you!

Have a great weekend!  TTFN,

Natasha
