Flower Decor

Teachers Club Projects-March 2014-3

One of my hostesses this month asked for “flower” cards.  Perfect for this time of year!  I really wanted to show off the Spiral Flower die that is in the Occasions Catalogue but it is just a bit bulky on a card for me.  So, I decided we will make a fun little spring decor piece as one of our projects so these beautiful die cut flowers can blossom in full!

Haven’t seen this die in action yet?  Here’s a Stampin’Up! video showing you how to create blossoms with the Spiral Flower die…

Order this and other fun die cutting tools HERE in my online store. 🙂

Supplies used:

Stamps – Perfect Pennants

Ink & Paper – Sweet Sorbet DSP, Pool Party, Crisp Cantaloupe, Summer Starfruit, Pistachio Pudding, Whisper White, Basic Black

Accessories – Big Shot & Spiral Flower die, Little Leaves die, Sweet Sorbet accessories pack

TTFN!

What a fantastic project! I have a bunch of those frames just sitting around. Can’t wait until my die comes so I can make one of these lovelies, too! TFS!

  2. Love this idea, I will have to do this for an event that’s coming up. Thanks for sharing.

Natasha can you tell me where you purchased the frame you used? I love it but haven’t been able to find one!

    Thanks!

Hi Tammy – I found that frame at IKEA for $1! I hope there is a store near you!
