Eat Chocolate Set Sampler

Posted by: | Comments (1)

One of my stamp club hostesses chose this adorable stamp set as her choice this month!  Naturally we couldn’t just make 3 cards with it – we had to make packages for some chocolate!!

This package is made with the petal-cone die and Big Shot – love it!!  Colors are Soft Suede, Very Vanilla, Baja Breeze and uses the Elegant Soriee DSP.  Some accessories I used to jazz it up a bit are satin ribbon, Sweet Buttons and Scalloped Heart of Hearts embosslits.

Supplies used:

stamps – Eat Chocolate

ink and paper – Whisper white, Pretty in Pink, Early Espresso

accessories – Oval Scallop Frame die and Big shot, Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder, 1/8″ taffeta ribbon and antique brad

This little cutie was posted a couple of weeks ago as part of my Occasions Mini Catalogue Class later this month.  I just had to offer it as a stamp club project too as it’s just too precious!

Occasions Mini highlights-part 1

Posted by: | Comments (1)

All this week, I’ll be sharing projects that I’ve prepared for a special Occasions Mini class next month.  There are SO MANY amazing products in this mini catalogue, it just seemed fitting to use as many as I could for one class!

Because of the long weekend, I lost a day in my week, so I’ll be sharing 2 of the projects today:

You should know just how much I love this stamp set – Easter Blossoms- that’s why I showcased it first!   I also used Springtime Vintage DSP which pairs so well with the set. I loved Lisa Young’s card layout here, and made it my own for this class.

This is a fun little box created with the Petal Cone die.  Also from the mini, I used the Eat Chocolate stamp set.  Thanks to Kim Sinclair, one of my new stamping friends, for the idea!

See you tomorrow with another project!
