Welcome back to bird week!  If you missed yesterday’s post, I’m featuring the “For the Birds”stamp set all week so be sure to come back daily for 5 new ideas on how to use these cute little images.  If you want to see the first card, scroll down to yesterday’s post…

As soon as I picked up the wagon image, I knew I wanted to use Cherry Cobbler as the main color.  Wagon’s should be red, right?

So I asked myself what colors to pair with Cherry Cobbler.  To solve this easily, I opened up my trusty annual catalogue for some inspiration.  On page 51, the color combo choice of Cherry Cobbler, Gumball Green, Pacific Point and More Mustard are featured so I went with that – the catalogue will never steer you wrong!!

I did use some new products found in the Holiday Catalogue – the Window Frames framelits and the Festival of Prints DSP stack.

Supplies used:

Stamp set – For the Birds

Ink & Paper – Cherry Cobbler, Pacific Point, Gumball Green, More Mustard, Whisper White, black Stazon ink

Accessories – Big Shot & Window Frames framelits, Floral Frames Framelits, Perfect Polka Dot embossing folder, dimensionals, dotted scallop ribbon, scallop edge border punch

TTFN!

Natasha
